Lip-On Ribeye is essentially a Prime Rib roast without the bones.
A moist and flavorful cut of beef.
Cuts from the loin require little work to taste great
and are a favorite for taste and tenderness.
Taken from a muscle in the shoulder that is rarely used
(explaining it’s tenderness).
Comes on the Hindquarter near the Sirloin Tip,
the Top Sirloin and the Filet Mignon.
